Free to use. $29 to export.
The short version: SqwarkPic is free to download and use for as long as you like. Exporting needs a one-off $29 licence, good for 2 Macs and every 1.x update, no subscription. 14-day refunds, no questions asked. You keep every right to your photos — we claim none.
The licence
SqwarkPic, made by Sqwark Industries LLC, is free to download and use indefinitely — importing, sorting, culling and previewing all work with no licence and no payment. Exporting your finished photos requires a licence: a one-time $29 payment, not a subscription, that includes every 1.x update and can be activated on up to 2 Macs you own. Your licence is for preparing your own listing photos, personally or for your business — please don't share or resell your key. We can revoke a key obtained through fraud or a payment chargeback.
Refunds
Not happy with it? Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. A refund revokes the licence key.
No warranty
SqwarkPic is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the app is capped at the amount you paid for your licence.
Your photos, your rights
Everything you put through SqwarkPic — your original photos and whatever you export from them — stays entirely yours. We claim no rights to them at all, and (per our Privacy policy) we never even see them in the first place.
Updates
SqwarkPic checks for updates using Sparkle. Updates are optional: you can decline any individual update, or turn automatic checks off entirely from the update dialog, and the app keeps working exactly as it does today either way.
If you're offline
SqwarkPic periodically checks in with our licence server to confirm your licence is still good. If you're offline, or the server's briefly unreachable, an already-activated licence keeps exporting for up to 14 days past its last successful check-in — after that, it needs to reconnect before Export will run again. Your licence key is never deleted by this: reconnecting picks up exactly where you left off, with nothing to re-enter.
If we ever discontinue SqwarkPic
We hope not to, but if we do, we won't reach into your Mac and switch anything off. The app keeps working exactly as described above, including the 14-day offline allowance, for as long as its licence server keeps answering.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Sqwark Industries LLC is registered.
